For my roast pork sandwiches I'll be serving at my foraging class. Two clovers grow around here, red and white. (The red is more of a purple). The flowers were dried and ground into a fine powder. Lots of health benefits from clover, full of minerals. I also used our honey, instead of sugar. And I like to make my bread with milk instead of water.
