Finally finished the wiring prep work, so have started putting up the walls. It's 4x8 sheets of a/c plywood. It's almost starting to feel like a room, though it certainly is dark in there with the walls blocking one of my two light sources.
The boards are raised 1/4" up off the concrete floor, and some of them need to have the outlet holes cut out. This is done by using a drill for a starting hole, to give the jigsaw an entry point. Looks like I'll need about 11 sheets.

For the most part we just don't ponder the origin of commonplace expressions because they are... common. The first thing I discovered when beginning to read this little gem of a book, was not only hadn't I considered where many common sayings come from, but my preconceived idea of their origin was actually wrong! Kinda embarrassing, but guessing I may not be alone in this. I thought it would be of value then to share some tidbits from this book.
