My version uses buckwheat flour in addition to reg flour, and coconut milk instead of 🐄 milk.
Ingredients, Portions & Process
In large bowl
1.5 cups of flour or 1/2 cup buckwheat and 1 cup of regular flour
1 tsp each of BP & BS
1/4 tsp salt
40 dandelion heads
In another bowl
Can (14oz) of coconut milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup honey
Whisk thoroughly
Add wet mix to dry mix, combine
Heat butter or coconut oil in frying pan
Cut up strawberries
Plop ice-cream scoop-sized batter into pan
Serve with mound of butter, drizzled maple syrup and sliced strawberries.
