Found these guys in the freezer.
Thawed in sink
Fit them into Dutch oven pot
Filled with carrots, celery, two big tomatoes, onions, garlic, bay leaf, apple cider vinegar and salt
Filled with water 1/2" below top
Brought to boil, then covered, low simmer overnight( about 10 hours)
Allow to cool, then strain
The bones and veggie mush went in the chicken yard, the stock into the fridge for fat separation, nice pork pieces separated out for soup, and the skin and fatty stuff for Luci.
Roasted some savoy cabbage and carrots, then combine with the broth and pork pieces into a small pot to simmer for a couple hours, to fully soften the carrots.
