Lay onto steel, non-warping sheet.
Preheat oven to 450
Prep all ingredients
Bake puff pastry for five minutes
Remove
Add toppings
Bake for additional 10-12 minutes

Mini sweet pepper
Sirloin
Olives
Sundried tomatoes
Triple cream blue cheese
Onions
Salt/pepper/dill
