For this batch I used beef liver, cured ham and lean grassfed thin filets, plus mango, cherries and cranberries, plus spices and herbs. I dehydrated everything thoroughly and ground into a powder. I added pumpkin and sunflower seeds, and lard and tallow, spread onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet and let set. I then cut it into rectangular bars, similar to an energy bar.
