Had a big package of fresh spinach greens that was past its prime, so picked up a can of artichoke hearts and some parmesan cheese.
So frikkin easy in the food processor. Two cloves of garlic, package of cream cheese, couple scoops of mayo, and seasonings.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. I put little chunks of brie on top before it went into the oven.
