These grapes are tart and have lots of seeds.
I cook them down a bit, then mush.
I push through a sieve, then back into a large pot.
Add some sugar( not a lot, just to take the edge off)
Cook for a few minutes and add thickener such as gelatin.
Let cool and pour into containers.
I got over 70 oz!
