My phone's battery doesn't last too long, even though I try to keep it optimized for power usage. It only takes an hour or so to fully charge it, but after doing a livestream today I was down to 53%. It went downhill quickly from there. It was about 36 degrees out, so that may be a factor in draining the battery, but I was unable to do another livestream.
Soooo, I got some help.
I got a battery pack, which should keep me going as long as the Energizer bunny, and also a better car charger(my current set-up currently draws power from my phone, I'm convinced.)
Oh, and the sound in the car with the phone on the dash didn't sound great, so I got an obvious headset with big microphone, so I can look not-stealth, like a dorky pilot.(They only had one kind at the store, I'll get a different style online.)

For the most part we just don't ponder the origin of commonplace expressions because they are... common. The first thing I discovered when beginning to read this little gem of a book, was not only hadn't I considered where many common sayings come from, but my preconceived idea of their origin was actually wrong! Kinda embarrassing, but guessing I may not be alone in this. I thought it would be of value then to share some tidbits from this book.
