Sear lamb cubes in oil in lg pot
Add onions and garlic, stir and cook
Add chopped tomato, salt and pepper, stir and cook
Add chicken stock, herbs, chopped greens, lemon juice, carrots
Add lt br sugar, salt, pepper, well-drained chickpeas
Make roux, add to stew, mix well
Turn down heat, mostly cover with lid, simmer for 30 minutes.
