Beer braised beanless chili
Saute chopped veggies with olive oil in pot. Add ground beef, break up and cook for several minutes. Add 10 oz of beer, tomatoes, paste, seasonings. Simmer for 30 minutes.

I didn't have any cow milk, so just subbed coconut milk. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients each in their own bowl. Add chopped poblano pepper and grated cheddar to wet, then combine everything. Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes.
