Lots of leftover turkey meat. Cut off most that I could from the bones, shared plenty with the appreciative dogs, and filled a huge pot with water, onions snd celery, then put the turkey carcass in. That will simmer overnight. To the strained broth I'll add some cooked cut-up sausage, carrots and most of the diced turkey meat.
