Bought a couple packages. Supposedly a higher fat content, but the package grind is mushy, not wormy, so cooking surface area and mouth texture will be affected.
It's actually not that expensive. $10 for a 16oz package. Seems like the going rate for most things. Gas will probably be that much soon. 🤨

Verdict?
I don't like it. It's actually not fatty/greasy, and it doesn't taste good once it's room temperature. The first ones I made I embellished with brie, caramelized onions, bacon, and peach-elderberry jam. Yum! The second batch was au naturale, and nothing to write home to mom about.
