It's so quick to make your own "bread" if you have none. Just make a pancake, or thick crepe to house your delectables in.
1. Take out cream cheese, to bring to room temperature, and cook bacon(I like to bake mine at 325).
2. Meanwhile chop up tomatoes, break up oregano(that's the herb in 'BHT') into small bowl, add lemon juice, balsamic, S & P, and let marinate.
3. Make crepe batter, then create crepes, and bacon should also be done.
4. On finished crepe, smoosh cream cheese down, lay bacon on top, then tomato-oregano mix. Serve with fruit.
